Had my wife's car for over week now in service for an ABS module that went out under warranty. Said it would be done last Friday. Still no update no loaner car offered at time Trailblazer was taken in. Very unhappy with the way the service department has handle us. I called today for an update girl who answered phone had no info and said she could not help till she got an update tomorrow morning. That is if they even call.

The whole staff and owner went above and beyond with working with me . I needed time to settle an insurance claim to be able to purchase my truck and Mossy made it smooth sailing and delivered my truck to my house in just two days while waiting for the insurance to settle up my claim.

I hate writing a post like this. But Mossy of Picayune has gone too far. When my son walked through the door, they thought they had a 21 year old sucker with a 2019 Camaro 6.2L SS. Five stars for the customer service I received from Melissa Herring at Mossy of Picayune. I didn’t end up purchasing a vehicle from them, but she was so patient and accommodating while I car shopped with kiddos and had to take two long, but necessary, calls from insurance while I was there. Would definitely recommend!

Worst experience, it took 4weeks to get the repairs done, was not kept informed about status of our vehicle, had to keep calling for updates and woukd get the run around, asked for a loaner vehicle and was told they only had one and it someone already had it so no luck there either…. Well your wash scratched the truck, your window guy botched the glass fix, and you had my truck over 3 weeks and that 30 day customer satisfaction is out the window because you had the truck for so long and you said there's nothing we can do about it. Only the service people were nice and tried to help. You argued on who was going to pay for the damages to the truck, your used car manager wasn't nice at all so I'll never coming back to you to purchase another vehicle ever

They should fire the staff! I drove 1½ with with my trade in and an on line price for a truck I was interested in. They jacked up the price with fees they chose to add to the truck, like etching, that I didnt ask for but wanted me to pay for. Not only that, they low balled me with lower than auction price for my trade in. I went to Tamron Nissan in Mobile for a better truck, low miles, no add on prices, and a fare offer on my trade.

I had a really difficult time with this dealership and left feeling completely frustrated. The communication from the team was poor, and I felt like I was being given the runaround throughout the entire process. It was a stressful and disorganized experience that definitely did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend coming here if you are looking for a smooth or transparent experience when buying a car or getting service done.

I had a disappointing & unacceptable experience with this dealership sneaking in a paint coating add-on that try to force on all their customers to boost their commissions. Despite disclosing every other detail of what they had me sign, they failed to mention this being added to the cost of the vehicle. Will never bring my car there again I brought the car there for an oil leak...they waited 8 hrs to call me back to say its not under warranty..charged us 170 something dollars for a diagnostic fee... Wrong diagnosis.... Then to find they did not put my shit back together....I picked my car up @almost 6 that evening my camera in my car was unplugged and they rude take y'all service department and shove it.... Y'all have bad attitudes with customers and its not cool do better

I purchased a Terrain 3/24/26, and since I brought it I have been back to the dealership 3 times so far and I have to return for a 4th on tomorrow after leaving today. I had an appt to get an assembly fixed on the car because when you turn it rattles on the passenger side and travels to the driver side. SLOW, service for an oil change was ridiculous. Had an appointment for 1:00, at 2:20 they put it on the rack. Definitely will not be coming back nor would I tell anyone to go there.

We had to follow up w the dealership many times over the two months they had my Denali because we were left in the dark on progress and timelines. GMC made us pay for a battery although the battery only died because the engine went out on my 2014 Denali w only 30k miles and left us on the side of the road. More frustrated tone: I bought a truck from them, crashed it last night on Thanksgiving, and called today to see about getting another one. Instead of helping, they pretty much ignored me all day. Kept saying they’d call back, but never actually told me if I was approved or what the next step was. Just the same old runaround.
